HOMETIME PROCEDURE

§       Parents to notify verbally or by letter if their child / children are to be collected at hometime by anybody other than the usual adult

§       The adult who collects the child must do so within the school playground.

§       No child will be allowed to leave the school site unaccompanied unless a specific verbal/written request has been made by the parent to do so.

§       The member of staff on duty should stand by the entrance gate to ensure that all pupils are removed safely from the school site.

§       Clear access should be given for all to leave through the large gate.  Parents who wish to exit elsewhere should indicate this to the teacher on duty.

§       Any individual who is neither the usual collector nor identified by the parent as the collector shall be refused permission to remove the pupils.
