Dear Parents
We have had a very busy time over the last few weeks. We are delighted to inform you that our junior athletics team won first place at Launceston College in the local inter schools competition. Considering the size of our school, this was an incredible performance by all our children. Well done to you all for a wonderful team effort.
Last week we also held our sports day, which again was very successful. It was lovely to see so many parents and friends encouraging the children. Well done to all our children for participating with such enthusiasm.
Finally last Friday, we took part in the annual swimming tournament at Launceston Leisure centre. Again our children performed superbly and were a credit to the school. Thank you to all the supporters who have cheered their children on for all activities throughout the year.
We have entered as a school the Launceston Fun Run which is taking place on Sunday 6th July. If possible it would be nice to meet before the race starts at 10.30am at the Phoenix Leisure Centre.
